It was God's plan to save you. This is the greatest news you could ever get.

Jesus Christ died for your sins and he will forgive you of every wrong you have ever done.

God loves you and offers a wonderful plan that He has designed for your life. You can have peace in your soul that you are right with God and that you will be in heaven with the Lord for eternity.

What is God's plan for you?

Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, whosoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life" - John 5:24

Assurance of your Salvation

Can you know if you are going to heaven when you die? What gives you this assurance?

This is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God’s Son does not have life. I have written this to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life - 1 John 5:11 to 13

You heard the truth, the Good News that God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as his own by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom he promised long ago - Ephesians 1:13

What does it mean to have received eternal life?

This is the way to have eternal life—to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth - John 17:3

Assurance of Forgiveness

What if you commit a sin? What can you do?

a. All have sinned
Romans 3:23 - For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard

b. Wages of sin is death
Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

c. Jesus took our place
John 3:16 - For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son Jesus Christ so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

d. Confess your sin
1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins to God, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.

Now, say the Sinner’s prayer:

“Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Savior.”

How to overcome Temptation?

The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure - 1 Corinthians 10:13

God will never tempt you. So, what causes temptation?

When you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else. Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death - James 1:13 to 15

How can you stay close to God?

Read the Bible Daily - Put on all of God’s armour so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil - Ephesians 6:11The law of the LORD is perfect; it gives new strength. The commands of the LORD are trustworthy, giving wisdom to those who lack it. The laws of the LORD are right, and those who obey them are happy. The commands of the LORD are just and give understanding to the mind - Psalm 19:7,8

Obey God - Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them.” - John 14:21

Prayer to be your lifestyle - When you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you - Matthew 6:6

Attend a Bible-based church - Let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near - Hebrews 10:25

Share the Gospel to others - You must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it - 1 Peter 3:15

Worship God in Spirit & Truth - True worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way - John 4:23

You have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” - Romans 8:15

Invest in the Kingdom of God - Jesus said, "Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be" - Matthew 6:20, 21

To whom should you give?

(a) To those who sow spiritual seed among you.

What soldier has to pay his own expenses? What farmer plants a vineyard and doesn’t have the right to eat some of its fruit? What shepherd cares for a flock of sheep and isn’t allowed to drink some of the milk? Am I expressing merely a human opinion, or does the law say the same thing? For the law of Moses says, “You must not muzzle an ox to keep it from eating as it treads out the grain.” Was God thinking only about oxen when he said this? Wasn’t he actually speaking to us? Yes, it was written for us, so that the one who ploughs and the one who threshes the grain might both expect a share of the harvest. Since we have planted spiritual seed among you, aren’t we entitled to a harvest of physical food and drink? If you support others who preach to you, shouldn’t we have an even greater right to be supported? But we have never used this right. We would rather put up with anything than be an obstacle to the Good News about Christ - 1 Corinthians 9: 7 to 12

(b) To the poor

Paul said, "We keep on helping the poor, which I have always been eager to do" - Galatians 2:10

The Purpose of Your Life?

God's purpose is to make you like Jesus. He holds up Jesus as our example and calls us to be like Him.

Become a Winner of Souls - Be careful to live properly among your unbelieving neighbours. Then even if they accuse you of doing wrong, they will see your honourable behaviour, and they will give honour to God when he judges the world - 1 Peter 2:12

To become a soul winner, you must love the people around us who are lost and in sin.

Here are a few steps to lead anyone to Jesus Christ:

1. Pray before you share the Gospel. Only God can change hearts.

A New Heart and Spirit - I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations - Ezekiel 36:26,27

2. Share your Salvation Experience.

Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples - 1 Chronicle 16:8

3. Guide them to a Bible-based, Holy Spirit-led church.

When you meet together, one will sing, another will teach, another will tell some special revelation God has given, one will speak in tongues, and another will interpret what is said. But everything that is done must strengthen all of you - 1 Corinthians 14:26

4. Continue praying for them.

Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me - John 14:6

Ministering Jesus Christ to others so that Jesus might be reproduced and grow in people is the highest service to both God and man. God bless you.
